Raising Wisconsin’s Children 2024 Conference

Raising Wisconsin’s Children is a virtual, day-long event for dads, moms, grandparents, teachers, and other people caring for kids. This free, online conference provides supportive, practical parenting and child development information. Please see our schedule below for speaker information and topics. All sessions will be closed captioned.

FAQ

Will the conference be recorded? Yes, all sessions will be available as recordings for a month after the conference. To access the recordings you must register. Recording information will be sent to all registrants after the conference.

Will there be closed captions? Yes, the live conference and our recorded videos will have English closed captions.

Can I get language or other communicative accommodations? Yes, please request communicative accommodations in languages other than English via the registration form or by email to anne.clarkson@wisc.edu, and remember to leave a phone number where we can reach you. Please request public communicative accommodations based on a disability via the registration form or by email to Heather Lipinski Stelljes at: heather.stelljes@wisc.edu. Will Registry credits be available? Yes, up to 4 hours of Registry credits for Early Childhood Education professionals will be available. The sessions by Dr. Etta/Dr. Horgan, Dr. Vigna, Dr. Savoie-Roskos, and Mr. McGehee are approved. When you register note your interest on the appropriate questions.
